1. There is a sense of pride around Detroit today. Our city, core, fiber, being, grit, etc. was displayed to the world. I won’t discuss how some downplayed the commercial or looked for something wrong. For the first time I realized that we are making a turn around and we are proud of it.  It takes more than one motion to make a change and this city is doing just that. It’s evident… Twitter and Facebook slowed down as the world felt like Detroit was their city.  I think it is… we all have a little bit of “I ain’t quittin’” in us…
